THE REALITY About E-Cigarettes and Vaping Health
A recent study by the European Journal of Public Health confirms what lots of people already know: e-cigarette use is of a significantly lower incidence of stroke and cancer compared to tobacco use. This study comes hot on the heels of increasing reports of the harmful effects of second hand smoke. E-cigs are much less addictive than cigarettes, they do not produce cancer causing toxins, and they deliver much fewer smokers’ lung cancer causing particulates into the air. This all appears like a great benefit but why are they so successful? E-Cigs certainly are a safe alternative to smoking.
The majority of the dangers we keep company with cigarettes are risks to our health. Cancer, coronary attack, stroke, and lung disease are simply a few of the complications you can suffer from unless you quit. E-Cigarette users appear to avoid these dangers completely. They might be in a position to Dodge bullets but avoiding bullets targeted at their heads seems to be an entirely different story.
According to The European Journal of Public Health, electronic cigarettes seem to act in a different way to stave off diseases associated with tobacco use. Nicotine along with other chemicals present in cigarettes seem to interfere with the bodies’ natural defenses. E-Cigarettes deliver nicotine quickly and without interference from outside sources. Many researchers believe this helps reduce the risks of coronary disease along with other fatal diseases.
The European Journal of Public Health goes as far as to state, “A lot of research suggests that quitting smoking is not only more effective than ever, but is also nicer”. The authors of the study think that quitting smoking is beneficial for everyone because it not merely lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, but it lowers your risk for stress, anxiety and other emotional disorders as well. They’re optimistic that the rapid onset of e-cigs may help decrease the amount of deaths due to smoking. They expect that the prices of these electronic cigarettes and vaporizers will continue to decrease in order to encourage more people to test this new alternative to smoking. It appears that everyone benefits when one stops smoking cigarettes.
There is absolutely no clear evidence yet on what much longer people smoke compared to those who never tried by using this newer method of quitting. Most vaporizers take just thirty minutes to attain the user’s mouth. Even though some claim that enough time has decreased, quite often it is the non-smokers that report they do not smoke around they used to. This is good news for the vaporizer companies because people like the convenience of not having to cope with the toxins within regular cigarettes. E-Cigarettes haven’t reached the stage where it usually is completely ruled out as an alternative to regular cigarettes.
A very important factor is clear, e-Cigarettes usually do not seem to carry any of the health risks connected with regular cigarettes. So is there any real threat posed by vaporizing your tobacco? Although there is not plenty of research on the long-term health threats of the cigarettes, there are some risks that you should be familiar with. Although it is not classified as a poison, most of the ingredients used in the Cigs can cause serious health risks when swallowed. The chemicals found in these vaporizers are also considered to donate to lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
There have been a few reports in the medical literature as well as in online research that claim to have evidence that the long-term usage of e Cigarette’s can result in cancer. Some of this evidence originates from animal studies where test subjects received large doses of nicotine without their knowledge. Another report originated from an Italian study, Juul Compatible Pods where long-term smokers received large doses of mentholated oil, which seems to simulate the flavor and taste of tobacco.
Health officials in america have also claimed that having less nicotine in the Cigs can encourage youth to start smoking again. There are lots of arguments for and against this theory. But if you think about it, we know that even young teens who are never likely to be smokers will likely start using e Cigs to fulfill their desire for nicotine. It is more important to educate them concerning the harmful consequences of smoking than to scare them away from an addictive drug that could not do them long-term harm. Everybody knows that the Department of Health is concerned about the growing amount of youth who are being identified as having cancer every year.
